I changed phone or browser. Where is my fighter?
If you saved your fighter with Apple or Google, open Grudgeon on the new device and sign in with the same account: on the first screen of the app, or under “Played before?” in the browser. That is all.
Otherwise your fighter lives on the device where you created it. To move it:
- On the old device, open Settings and choose Get a claim code under “Move this fighter”.
- On the new device, open Grudgeon and choose Use a claim code, or scan the QR code. The code works for 24 hours.
If you cleared your browser’s data or uninstalled the app before saving or moving the fighter, it is gone, and we cannot restore it because we have no way to know it was yours.
Someone has an offensive name
Send us the fighter’s challenge link or a replay link and tell us what is wrong. We rename offensive fighters and act on players who harass others.
How do I turn notifications off?
In Settings, under “Grudge notifications”, choose Turn off notifications. You can also block them in your browser or phone settings. Grudges still land in your inbox.
I lost a fight I should have won
The server decides every fight from both fighters’ builds, so a replay always plays out the same way. Open the replay and look at “What decided it”. If something still looks wrong, send us the replay link and we will take a look.
A purchase did not arrive, or I want a refund
Close and reopen the app first. If the item is still missing, write to us with the date and the order ID from your receipt. Refunds are handled by the store: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through your Google Play order history.
